Powercruise Shipping Information

We offer Standard Shipping, using Australia Post and/or Sendle.  

You will be sent a tracking number once your item has been mailed, so you can track your item.  Any queries on the arrival time or location must be made with Australia Post or Sendle, once your item has been mailed it is obviously no longer in our hands.

Any lost or missed orders should be handled by the customer, and lodge the necessary investigations and claims with Australia Post or Sendle direct. 

Powercruise is not responsible for the postal service.
